Each LAVA bar weighs exactly 125g. 110g of thick dough wrapped around a 15g frozen ganache core. Substantial. Intentional. Generous.

70% Cocoa · Callebaut

The Triple Choc core is made from Callebaut 70% dark chocolate — the same used by professional pastry chefs. Other cores crafted to the same standard.

Every bar is frozen solid before baking. Thermal shock creates the contrast — crisp golden edges, soft centre, gooey flowing core.

After baking, every bar rests untouched for exactly 15 minutes. Carryover heat sets the structure while protecting the liquid centre.
